GDEXA stands for Global Digital Excellence Association and is one of the world-leading advocates in the "Skills over Degree"approach.
We were founded in 2018 by Ekrem Namazci, Elaine Liew and Adrian Paschek as a Mentoring Program for Data Science students but quickly evolved to a modern enterprise-scale learning and recruiting platform.
Our mission is providing every human in the world free access to high-quality education and create equal chances for everyone during job application process.

The beginning...
2018
On August 23, 2018, in a restaurant at Arab Street (Singapore),Elaine Liew and Ekrem Namazci brainstormed about how to empower the young generation with future skills.
Adrian joined as Co-Founder
2019
Shortly afterwards, they started mentoring students and linking them up with experts in their business network.
In 2019, Adrian Paschek joins as Co-Founder.
First mentoring sessions
2020
After first success and great impact on Mentees, GDEXA was officially established as Global Mentoring Platform
Global mentor community built with C-suite experts

Launch of LIYA platform with closed beta program for 20 customers

LIYA is launching its skillbased hiring platform in Germany and challenging the old traditional way of CV-based recruiting:
15 organizations from various sizes and industries deciding to use LIYA for their tech hiring needs.
GDEXA's software units kicks off with 4 projects in a row for platform and AI development
The amount of Masterclasses & Trainings increase and almost 800 individuals were upskilled
Mentors all around the globe joining the free Global Mentoring Platform bringing it to 150 Mentors

2025
The new year resolution is: Level Up
GDEXA will fire through all cylinders and expand its Software Platform to Southeast Asia and add more training services to its portfolio.
The R&D centre in Giresun (Türkiye) will grow further with more digital talents to serve clients all around the world.
